上海秋天崛起的这一例子值得大家欣赏，上海秋天是一支由全心全意投入音乐的外籍人员领导的数学摇滚乐队，近年来在中国音乐界大放异彩——至于他们是如何做到如此成功的，我们改日再细聊。但上周六对整个乐队来说无疑是一个里程碑，他们开启了他们的全国巡演，并在万代南梦宫发布了最新的全长专辑：黑旗。上海秋天轻松地在万代南梦宫这样宽敞的大型场地售罄。无论是优质场地还是弦乐四重奏或嘉宾歌手，都让观众们得以既享受乐队优良的演出又了解上海秋天的抱负与提供高质量演出的决心。当然，还有乐队与粉丝的标志性的零距离接触，如果王毅没有赤脚跳进人群，这根本不算上海秋天的演出。观众们大口吞吃着乐队所表现出的乐观精神以及他们强大的音乐性，就像他们迎接光脚下台的王毅一样——一拥而上，吞没殆尽。为上海秋天不断追逐远大抱负而祝贺！并希望他们继续摇滚！

There’s a good case study to be made about the rise of Shanghai Qiutian - the earnest expat-led math rock band that has blazed a trail across the China music scene in recent years. How and why - I’ll save that for another day. But last Saturday was certainly a milestone for the band - who kicked off their nationwide tour and the release of their new LP Black Flag at Bandai Namco - selling out the large spacious venue with ease. 

For the occasion, audiences were treated to a full-course meal of the band’s tastes and ambitions - from guest singers to string quartets - and of course, the band’s signature whole-hearted engagement with its fanbase (it ain’t a SHQT show without someone jumping into the crowd barefoot).

And audiences ate it up - sapping up the optimism that the band exerts as well as their robust musicality. Congrats to SHQT for shooting for the moon each and every time. Keep on rocking.
